Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Linkrise, including public profiles, uploaded content, analytics, paid plans, and billing through Lemon Squeezy.

Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Authority

By accessing or using Linkrise, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked from the Legal Center. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Linkrise.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. Linkrise is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise your use. Paid plan purchases must be made by an adult or someone legally authorized to pay.

If you use Linkrise for a company, brand, client, or other person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them and to publish the related content.

2. Service Overview and Plans

Linkrise provides tools for creating public mobile profile pages, managing links and media, customizing page design, and viewing analytics. Features may change as the product evolves.

Some features are free, while others require a paid Pro plan. Feature limits, quotas, and plan details are shown in the product or on the pricing page.

At launch, Linkrise does not provide creator payout, donation, marketplace, affiliate earnings, or in-profile commerce settlement programs. If we add those programs later, additional terms may apply.

3. Accounts, Security, and Profile Slugs

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account email current.

Your profile slug, username, display name, and account identity must be appropriate and must not infringe another person's rights, impersonate someone else, mislead visitors, or be reserved mainly for resale, blocking, or squatting.

  • Do not share credentials or authentication access in a way that compromises account security
  • Do not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized identity information
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated means to create accounts or claim profile slugs
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access
  • We may reserve, reject, reclaim, or reassign profile slugs for trademark, impersonation, safety, legal, platform, or extended-inactivity reasons

4. User Content, Public Profiles, and Content License

You retain ownership of content you upload, publish, or connect to Linkrise. You grant Linkrise a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, compress, convert, display, distribute, and create technical derivatives of that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and promote the service and your public profile.

Uploaded images may be optimized into derivative formats such as resized WebP files for public profile performance, reliability, and cost control. Linkrise may store and serve optimized derivatives instead of original files, and you should keep your own copy of any original media you want to preserve.

Your public profile, links, images, video embeds, social/contact links, and text blocks may be visible to anyone who visits your profile URL and may be indexed, cached, previewed, or re-shared outside Linkrise. Do not publish sensitive personal data or another person's personal information unless you have permission and a lawful basis to do so.

  • You have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content and destinations you add
  • Your content and destinations are accurate enough not to mislead visitors or harm Linkrise's reputation
  • Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or other third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain viruses, malware, disruptive code, unauthorized data collection tools, or hidden tracking that violates law or platform rules

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Safety

You may not use Linkrise for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. We may remove content, disable links, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or apply warnings if we reasonably believe these Terms, platform integrity, visitor safety, or applicable law require it.

  • No phishing, malware, credential harvesting, fraud, impersonation, or misleading redirects
  • No content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
  • No spam, artificial traffic, scraping, rate-limit bypass, or attempts to disrupt service reliability
  • No content or destinations that promote illegal transactions, serious harm, exploitation, or evasion of platform safety controls
  • No unauthorized advertising, endorsements, sponsorship claims, or affiliate/commission disclosures that confuse visitors

6. Your Responsibility to Visitors and Third Parties

You are responsible for how visitors interact with your profile, links, external forms, mailing lists, communities, stores, products, services, donations, affiliate links, sponsorships, and other destinations you publish.

If you collect information from visitors, sell or promote products or services, request donations, run promotions, send marketing messages, or earn commissions through destinations outside Linkrise, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consumer protection, marketing, tax, disclosure, refund, and platform rules.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, Linkrise is not the seller, fundraiser, payout provider, affiliate network, or party to transactions between you, visitors, and third parties.

7. Third-Party Services, Links, and Embeds

Linkrise may help you connect to third-party websites, social platforms, video providers, payment services, analytics tools, authentication providers, or embedded content. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you publish YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitch, or other third-party media or links, you are responsible for following the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security practices, payments, refunds, or transactions outside Linkrise.

8. Paid Plans, Trials, Auto-Renewal, and Billing

Paid Linkrise plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout, which means it handles payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and remittance, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and PCI-related payment responsibilities for those transactions.

By starting a paid subscription or trial that converts to a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for subscription fees and applicable taxes until you cancel. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle shown at checkout and may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method current. Plan access is determined from verified billing events and webhooks, not from a checkout return page alone. Failed, disputed, refunded, expired, or risky payments may result in downgrade, suspension, or delayed access.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Taxes

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing flow we provide or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals and will usually leave paid features available until the end of the current billing period, but it does not automatically refund amounts already charged.

Unless a separate refund policy is shown at checkout or required by law, paid fees are generally non-refundable after charge. Duplicate charges, fraud, mistaken charges, failed fulfillment, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may be reviewed through support and Lemon Squeezy's controls.

Taxes may be included in or added to the checkout price depending on your location and Lemon Squeezy's checkout settings. If a payment fails, is disputed, is refunded, or a subscription expires, Pro features may be downgraded or disabled while your public profile remains handled according to the active plan and safety rules.

10. Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

We may add, remove, limit, or change features, templates, quotas, pricing, and plan names. When we reasonably determine that a change will materially and negatively affect paid users, we will try to provide reasonable advance notice where practical.

We try to keep public profiles available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may throttle or restrict usage that creates security, abuse, reliability, or cost-control risk.

Beta, preview, or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. If you give us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment to you.

11. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

You may stop using Linkrise at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, failed to pay applicable fees, used the service in a way that harms Linkrise, or if legal compliance requires action.

For free or non-paying accounts that have no login, publishing activity, or profile traffic for an extended period, we may reclaim slugs, downgrade features, or close the account where permitted.

After suspension, termination, downgrade, or account deletion, content may be lost and Pro-only features may stop working. We may delete or retain account, billing, security, and legal records as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.

12. Platform Rights, Scraping, and Analytics

Linkrise and our licensors own the platform, software, design system, templates, brand, documentation, and other service materials, excluding your content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Linkrise according to these Terms.

You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, bulk download, or use automated means to extract content or data from Linkrise, except where we expressly allow it.

Analytics, usage metrics, and product performance data are estimates and may be delayed, sampled, limited by plan, or affected by privacy and abuse controls. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or service-generated operational data to operate, secure, and improve Linkrise.

13. Privacy, Cookies, and Legal Requests

The Privacy Policy explains how Linkrise handles personal information, and the Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. If you collect visitor information through your profile or external destinations, you are responsible for your own privacy notices, consents, and legal obligations.

If you believe content on Linkrise infringes your rights, impersonates you, or creates a safety issue, contact us through the legal email listed below with enough information for us to review the report.

14. Disclaimers, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability

Linkrise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for backing up your own content and records.

You agree to defend and indemnify Linkrise from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, destinations, external transactions, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkrise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or harm caused by third-party services or links. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid Linkrise in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

15. Changes, Mandatory Rights, and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Linkrise after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Some locations provide mandatory consumer, privacy, cancellation, refund, or platform rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law says cannot be limited. If part of these Terms is invalid in a location, the rest remains in effect where permitted.

Questions, complaints, legal notices, or policy reports can be sent to the contact email listed below.
